This way, I never feel deprived or in a bind when it comes to spending money.

This will also help to promote informed health decisions and enhance communication with doctors about every family member’s health condition.  For example, I have taken classes to learn about first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). In the event of an emergency, I would be able to help my husband or children if needed.
